True leadership isn't born in a classroom; it's forged when the stakes are at their highest. For over 30 years, I have led teams through the entire spectrum of human behaviour and crisis — from high-stakes frontline policing, public order, and terrorism investigations, to managing intense organisational conflicts.

Along the way, I noticed a striking pattern: brilliant, dedicated "doers" were consistently promoted into leadership positions based on their operational execution, only to be left stranded without the tools to manage the human side of the role. They were diamonds in the rough, lacking the specific polish required to transition from technical experts to brilliant leaders. I was one of those leaders once, too.

To close this gap, I chose to back my decades of raw field experience with serious behavioural frameworks — holding a Degree in Police Investigations, certifications as an Executive and Organisational Coach (IECL) and a DiSC Profile Expert, and currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Applied Management.
